The Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change coordinates Bangladesh's COP participation. As of 23 September 2026 it was still finalising the pavilion's design, branding, exhibition materials and side event calendar, covering climate vulnerability, the third round of national climate plans, adaptation, climate finance, loss and damage, renewables and carbon markets. Bangladesh ran a pavilion at COP30 in Belém, which local media reported stood largely empty and unstaffed for the conference's first days.
