The Ministry of Environment and Water is Bulgaria's environment ministry and leads its COP delegation. On 23 September 2026 it confirmed a national pavilion in the Blue Zone presenting Bulgarian climate policies and practices, with the organisation and programming prepared by the Executive Agency for the Promotion of Small and Medium-sized Enterprises.
