The Capacity-building Hub is convened by the Paris Committee on Capacity-building, a constituted body of the UNFCCC. It runs across both weeks of the conference as a space for capacity-building practitioners, and is scheduled in the official COP31 overview programme. Its own page has not yet announced this edition, so details may change.
