Finland's Ministry of the Environment prepares legislation and policy on climate, the built environment, biodiversity and environmental protection. The pavilion is a joint effort with the Ministry for Foreign Affairs, the Climate Leadership Coalition, the Confederation of Finnish Industries, the Finland Chamber of Commerce, Technology Industries of Finland and UN Global Compact Network Finland. Themes include fossil-free industry, digitalisation and circular economy. Finland ran a pavilion at COP30 in Belém involving more than forty organisations.
