The pavilion is managed by the Secretariat of the Pacific Regional Environment Programme, an intergovernmental body of twenty-one Pacific island countries and territories plus Australia, France, New Zealand, the United Kingdom and the United States, based in Apia. It runs Pacific-led side events on resilience and climate ambition. At COP30 the pavilion hosted sixty-eight Pacific-led events over ten days.
