The Nordic Council of Ministers, founded in 1971, is the official body for cooperation between Denmark, Finland, Iceland, Norway and Sweden, with Greenland, the Faroe Islands and Åland also represented. Its pavilion runs under the theme From tipping points to turning points, covering Arctic tipping points, adaptation and Indigenous perspectives, the climate and security link, and food systems. It ran a Nordic Pavilion at COP30 in Belém with a published side event programme.
