Université Côte d'Azur is a French public university in Nice. It organises the pavilion with the MERI Foundation, the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change and the World Meteorological Organization. The COP31 programme is set to cover science diplomacy, climate disinformation, and protection of coastal and marine ecosystems. The pavilion ran in the COP30 Blue Zone in Belém, hosting more than forty-five side events.
