The Global Ocean Forum, a coalition first mobilised in 2001 with participants from governments, NGOs, intergovernmental bodies, business and science in over 110 countries, runs the Virtual Ocean Pavilion. It is an online platform of panels, roundtables and virtual exhibition booths for people who cannot attend in person. It runs 2 to 20 November, on demand until 21 December. It ran a virtual pavilion at COP30 with Plymouth Marine Laboratory and Ocean Generation.
