Science, Industry and Technology day at COP31

The COP31 presidency publishes a theme for each day of the conference. The theme does not change the negotiations, which run to their own timetable for the full two weeks. What it changes is everything around them: pavilions, side events, launches and ministerial round tables cluster on the day that matches their subject, because that is when the right people are in the building and the press is looking. If you only have one day in Antalya, the theme is how you choose it.
