WhatTheCOP is an independent guide to COP31, made by Common House, a zero-waste studio based in London.
Every pavilion at a COP publishes its own programme, on its own site, in its own format, and changes it without telling anyone. We needed one place to find our way through it, so we built it and opened it to everyone going to Antalya or following from home.
Common House is a zero-waste studio of operators who have built reuse, refill and return systems at scale: ten Residents, with 122 years of operating between them, across eight markets. It works with companies and cities on systems that stop waste before it exists, with Nori, its AI evidence platform. This guide is kept with the same habit: a source and a date behind every fact.
