Most of the COP31 programme takes place in the Blue Zone, which needs accreditation. Some of it is streamed. This page lists what you can follow online, pavilion by pavilion, and where to find the UN's own webcasts.
68 upcoming sessions: 40 with their own livestream link, the rest at pavilions that stream their whole programme on one channel.
Times are Antalya time. Every session in What's on, where the Watch online filter shows the same list day by day.
Pavilions that have said they will stream at COP31, and where. Most use their own YouTube channel or website, so the links are scattered. This is the list in one place.
Pavilions that streamed at COP30 or before but have not said anything for COP31 yet. Their channels are the first place to look.
The UN webcasts plenaries, high-level segments and press conferences openly, with no registration. Its Observer Handbook for COP31 confirms a live webcast. Look on the UN Climate Change COP31 page. COP30's webcasts are on its YouTube channel.
Official side events work differently. Live, they can only be followed by registered participants on the conference's virtual platform, which needs accreditation; each observer organisation has ten virtual places. The handbook says most side events will be recorded and posted on the UN's YouTube channel after the conference. At COP30 they were not streamed publicly either, which the UN put down to limited resources (COP30 Q&A, questions 23 and 40).
We mark a pavilion as streaming only when its own COP31 page or announcement says so. What it did at earlier COPs is shown as history, not as a promise. 1 pavilion has said it will not stream. Last checked 21 October 2026.
Run a pavilion and stream your sessions? Send us the link and we will add it.
