The Blue Zone is run by the UN and needs accreditation. These are the pavilions inside it.
Everything in the Blue Zone sits behind a UNFCCC badge. You cannot buy one and you cannot register as an individual: a party delegation or an admitted observer organisation has to nominate you, and observer admission itself takes years. If you are not already attached to one of those, the Blue Zone is not the realistic route for 2026.
1 announced pavilion has been cancelled. Cancelled entries stay on the full list rather than disappearing.
